    Garen is a pioneer in the field of real estate television programs. In 1998, he created the first thirty minute real estate program featured on Armenian Television. It was then televised on Channel 17 and was extremely successful.  Following the success of his first real estate program, Garen founded another one hour long program called Real Estate Action. The inventive show involves providing answers to questions regarding real estate and the first real estate lottery to be televised on Armenian television. The show is broadcasted live from 11am to 12noon on Sundays Channel 31.
